How many possible 52 card deck combos could exist?

Today on omgfacts I saw a fact that I suppose in someways are believable, but still hard fathom. The stat was, "with a properly shuffled deck of cards, the order of the cards has most likely never existed before ever in history." When you think about all 52 cards I suppose it makes some sense but mathematically how many possible combinations are there?
