I want a cat, but I need help!?

the only way to know what your parents will say is to ask and as forgeting money fast there is no real way exept to get a job and you would need ask a vet to know I have three cats and its not as low-cost as you think yearly with only having one cat I spend about 2-3 thousand depending if it gets sick
