Why cant I be the age 56?

I am 16 and wish that God could have made me in 1954 instead of the year thats I was born in which was "94".I am fascinated by the adults around that age such maturity and I want God to turn back time and let me be born 40 years earlier because I am unhappy but I feel I would be better.
